What's new? Just everything.

Just quit my job. Marvin Gardens got a job in a town in North Carolina with a population of 3,000.

Also, I dyed my hair red.

Other than that, not much is new.

I am going to post hair pictures as soon as I learn how. Marvin Gardens, if you read this, will you post those pictures of this weekend's wedding for me? I am, after all, giving up my job, friends, life and eyebrow groomer for you. That's all I'm saying.

Wow, June, what an adventure! Did you ever read the book Christy? -- maybe here is your chance to bring California sensibilities to the Appalachians.

A town of three thousand? Should make it a little easier to not spend!

Wow! I love new adventures (about to have one myself). Scary to take that big step, but you seem like a girl who will flourish wherever she rests her hat. Can't wait for the details!

Now you can buy a house, all in cash, with your savings!

Will you be eating pork chop sandwiches or whatever they were?

That was out of left field.

An East Coaster - nice.

How can you announce such big news and not give details?!?!

Sorry, Blanche. I meant to last night then got too traumatized by my bird. I promise I will go straight home and fill you in, so to speak.

Wow - Congratulations! You need to post details - lots of details. In a town of 3000, they are not going to let you into the local book club with fiery red hair! You might not even get into the local Piggly Wiggly.

I'll come visit you OFTEN. More often than you want!

Dust off your banjo and get in the truck grandma, we're heading off to Mayberry. You should have no need to be alarmed unless you hear something like "You sure do have a pretty mouth ..."
And teeth too!
